Northern Friends for Development is a non-profit organization based in Tamale, in Northern Ghana.
Northern Friends for Development (NFD) was founded on February 20th 2005 and registered as a non-profit making organization. The organization was formed by Hawulatu Inusah with help from volunteers from Holland.
From 2005 – 2021, the NFD project provided training and education for 300 young women and girls from six communities in literacy, advocacy and empowerment skills training.
